Job Description

We are looking for a person who is passionate about marketing and would like to manage our digital marketing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced digital marketer with a penchant for creating digital first brands. The ideal candidate has had the experience of building the digital marketing strategy of a B2B company from a nascent stage.

Responsibilities

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Making continuous improvement in all lead generation activities.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Manage and groom a team of domain specialists.

Requirements

  • An experience as a Digital Marketing Manager in a technology oriented business.
  • A strong editorial sense and an understanding of what content works on social media platforms.
  • A strong understanding and experience in SEO and performance marketing.
  • Strong written communication and experience in building and engaging existing communities as well as reaching out and attracting new ones.
  • Confidence in presenting new ideas and strategies.
  • Experience or an interest in handling influencer relationships from research to outreach and gifting.
